A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the villa rental is required to secure a booking. Payment of the outstanding balance is on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB is required to be paid on arrival. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the villa during the rental period.
